Quiz Preparation
On Mondays, you will learn about two new countries, and then take a quiz that will require you to label the following items on a map of the world:
For example, the first quiz will include the continents, oceans, and the first two countries presented. The second quiz will include the continents, oceans, the first two countries presented, and the latest two countries presented. As we get further into the semester, we will continue quizzing on the continents, oceans, the latest two countries presented, and a maximum of seven previously presented countries, chosen at random. For the final quiz of the semester, we will quiz on all continents, oceans, and countries.
By the end of the semester, you will have learned a little about 30 different countries and will be able to find them on a map.
- the two countries that were presented
- up to seven randomly selected countries that had been presented in the weeks before
- the seven continents (Africa, Antarctica, Asia, Australia, Europe, North America, South America)
- the four oceans (Arctic, Atlantic, Indian, Pacific)
